Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV and Alarm Technician located in the City of Cape Town. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems and alarm systems. Daily tasks will include system troubleshooting, conducting regular system checks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additionally, the technician will interact with clients to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Low Voltage Engineering and system troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Alarm Systems and CCTV systems
  • Understanding of Life Safety systems and adherence to safety compliance
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical certifications or relevant training in security systems are advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for on-site installations
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Own vehicle
