Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Paid Media Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for creating and managing paid media campaigns across paid search and paid social to generate leads which lead to booked appointments and opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate would be someone who works well under tight deadlines and has the ability to view their campaign efforts as part of the broader marketing strategy.

A methodical candidate who documents their strategies and campaign changes would be well-suited to this role.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent Communication skills (English non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads - Ideally 5-7 years of experience minimum
  • Additional experience in TikTok ads, Snapchat ads or any other platforms would be highly advantageous
  • Experience managing international accounts or clients would be highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a B2C environment or agency is a big plus
