Outsource Ability is pleased to announce a full-time Meta Ads Specialist position for a dynamic e-commerce brand. This role is perfect for a skilled professional who is passionate about digital advertising and driving results through effective ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ad strategies and improve ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and tailor ad content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance ad performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Meta advertising, specifically working with e-commerce brands.
  • Technical Skills: Must have a reliable solar and/or UPS system, a headset, and a laptop/computer to perform tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Work Environment: A quiet location to work from, ensuring minimal distractions during work hours.
  • Internet Connection: Fast and reliable internet is required to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
  • Tax Responsibilities: As this is an international remote role, candidates must be prepared to file their own taxes.
