Role Overview:

We're looking for confident, organized, and hands-on Staff Managers to join our growing team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leadership, people management, and the fast-paced environment of events.

As a Staff Manager, you'll oversee DIENS team members during events — ensuring service excellence, professionalism, and smooth operations on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate event staff during shifts.
  • Ensure DIENS grooming and service standards are maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with event coordinators and DIENS management.
  • Handle on-site challenges calmly and professionally.
  • Complete post-event feedback and reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or event management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Professional, reliable, and confident under pressure.
  • Must be available for evening and weekend events (casual schedule).
