Role Overview:
We're looking for confident, organized, and hands-on Staff Managers to join our growing team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leadership, people management, and the fast-paced environment of events.
As a Staff Manager, you'll oversee DIENS team members during events — ensuring service excellence, professionalism, and smooth operations on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate event staff during shifts.
- Ensure DIENS grooming and service standards are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with event coordinators and DIENS management.
- Handle on-site challenges calmly and professionally.
- Complete post-event feedback and reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or event management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Professional, reliable, and confident under pressure.
- Must be available for evening and weekend events (casual schedule).
