Job Description
As a Graduate Engineer, you will participate in a 12-month entry-level program designed to help you build core engineering skills through hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation products. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work onsite in Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers.
- Prepare studies and analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and hardware/software compatibility.
- Coordinate subsystem design and integration of total systems.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies, recommending corrective actions.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Engineering degree in Automation or Industrial Computing.
- Ability and willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in engineering projects.
- Ability to do tasks independently while collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and communicating engineering concepts
