Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting product offerings, and identifying suitable solutions to meet individual customer needs. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing and delivering sales pitches, responding to inquiries regarding products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining a detailed understanding of Hydrofire's product range and market trends to support sales processes effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, excellent negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Technical understanding of home heating solutions or a willingness to learn product-specific details
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Availability to work on-site in Cape Town and the ability to travel locally if required
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or a background in sales or retail is advantageous
