Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Video Editor located in the City of Cape Town. The Social Media Video Editor will be responsible for producing, editing, and color grading video content for social media platforms. The role also involves creating motion graphics and working on various graphic elements to enhance video projects. Daily tasks will include collaborating with the content team to develop engaging and visually appealing social media videos, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's aesthetics and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Video Production and Video Editing skills
  • Video Color Grading skills
  • Motion Graphics and Graphics skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and trends
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field ideal but not essential
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
