Your Role:
We're partnering with a modern property management company that's redefining how people experience real estate through technology, creativity, and service excellence.
They're a tech-enabled service provider, not just another software brand — on a mission to bring a fresh, modern, and engaging edge to an industry ready for change.

They're now looking for a Video Graphics / Editor to help shape their digital voice by creating visually captivating content that educates, entertains, and inspires across multiple online platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Edit and produce short- and long-form video content for social media and digital channels.

  • Design motion graphics, titles, and animations aligned with brand identity and visual guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with the founders and marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Repurpose and optimize clips from podcasts, Q&A sessions, and interviews for digital storytelling.

  • Explore and implement AI-assisted tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency.

  • Design static visuals and graphics for use across digital and social campaigns.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Designer.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite.

  • Strong storytelling and design skills with a sharp eye for visual detail.

  • Experience producing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Curiosity or hands-on experience with AI-powered design or editing tools.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.

  • Excellent English skills; knowledge of German is a strong plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in property tech, real estate, or marketing for service-based brands.

  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g. Runway, Descript, Midjourney).
