Our client is looking for a
seasoned Internal Sales Manager
to lead internal sales operations, support external sales, and help deliver cutting-edge solutions in
hazardous area equipment and industrial safety technology
.


What You'll Be Doing:

Lead internal sales functions – streamline quoting, order processing, and forecasting

Collaborate with external sales to deliver accurate, on-time quotations and technical documentation

Drive customer engagement, follow-ups, and CRM-based pipeline reporting

Host key sales meetings, support exhibitions, and ensure seamless project execution

Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, QA/QC, and Projects to meet sales KPIs


Key Requirements:


• Direct customer interfacing on component and solution support – strong
Electrical & Instrumentation
knowledge essential


• Assist external sales with quotations and technical support –
industry experience critical


• Support Engineering and Projects in a
process-driven environment


• CRM reporting with
6-month pipeline forecasting
and
advanced Excel-based analysis


• Strong collaboration between sales and operational teams – including Workshop and QA/QC Management


• 10+ years in a similar
Internal Sales Management
role


• Excellent communication, technical knowledge, and closing skills


• Experience with
hazardous area equipment/solutions


• A
self-starter
with high integrity and a
team-oriented
mindset
