We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Industrial Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about fostering positive workplace relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Represent the organization in CCMA proceedings and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on industrial relations issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) is essential. A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, or Labour Relations is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of one (1) year experience dealing with disciplinary matters and CCMA proceedings.
    • At least one (1) year of relevant Human Resource experience is necessary.

Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and industrial relations practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
