We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our retail sales team. As a retail store sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with product information and recommendations
  • Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions
  • Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
  • Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
