Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Security Operational Manager based in Pretoria. The Security Operational Manager will oversee daily security operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols. Responsibilities include managing security teams, implementing security strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, performing risk assessments, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role also involves incident management, reporting, and ensuring continuous improvement in security measures.

Qualifications:

  • NQF Level 6 or 7 in Security Management or a related field

  • PSIRA Grade A registration
    (mandatory).
  • Firearm competency
    is a strong advantage.
  • Valid driver's license
    with the ability to travel as required.
  • Proven experience in
    Security Management
