Revenue Administration Manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (essential)
  • SAP system experience (essential)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in revenue management, billing, or financial administration
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound understanding of financial controls and revenue recognition principles
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all revenue administration processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition
  • Manage revenue reporting and reconciliations in SAP
  • Monitor and review customer billing, collections, and credit control activities
  • Maintain and update the revenue database and master data within SAP
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue closing processes
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between billing, receipting, and general ledger entries
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance revenue accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales departments to ensure alignment of revenue data
  • Prepare management reports and revenue forecasts for decision-making
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary revenue documentation and analyses
  • Train and supervise revenue administration staff to maintain high operational standards
