Job Description:

We are seeking Fresh Foods Managers with 3-5 years of experience in food retail, including managing fresh, packaged, and prepared food sections. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to meet sales targets, strong operational management skills, and expertise in food safety compliance and customer service excellence. You should be an analytical, detail-oriented leader who can inspire and manage a team. A minimum of Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification, and certifications in food safety will be advantageous. Candidates must also have their own reliable transport.
