Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full accounting function, including month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and variance analysis
  • Maintain strong financial controls, compliance processes and audit readiness
  • Collaborate with global teams on financial strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience & Skills Required:
  • Newly qualified CA(SA)
  • Experience within a multinational or high-performance environment is beneficial
  • Genuine interest or self-driven learning in Web3, crypto, DeFi or blockchain
  • Strong Excel and financial systems experience
  • Tech-curious mindset with the ability to adapt to new digital tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
