We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to architect, own, and optimize the full marketing funnel—from first touch to intro call. This is a high-leverage, hands-on role for someone who loves building systems, designing experiments, and scaling growth engines with precision and creativity. You'll turn Oceans' marketing ecosystem into a predictable, measurable, and efficient pipeline, working across channels, teams, and platforms to drive sustainable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances creativity with analytical rigor, and enjoys building low-CAC, high-efficiency growth loops.

Accountability

Your success as a Growth Marketing Lead will be measured by the performance, scalability, and efficiency of Oceans' marketing engine. From funnel strategy to execution, you'll build, analyze, iterate, and surface insights that drive measurable results across all growth channels.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

Funnel Ownership
  • Build and manage the growth funnel from awareness → MQL → SQL → intake
  • Improve conversion rates across the website, landing pages, and intake
  • Reduce friction in the buyer journey through CRO, UX improvements, and automation
Paid Acquisition & Experiments
  • Create and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google
  • Test new channels and audiences using disciplined experimentation and ROI analysis
  • Own CAC per channel and deliver weekly performance reporting
Website & Technical Growth
  • Oversee website strategy, including pages, lead magnets, CTAs, and landing pages
  • Lead the testing roadmap: A/B testing, heatmaps, funnel diagnostics, and user behavior insights
  • Collaborate closely with Josh on SEO and organic growth alignment
Automation & Nurture Systems
  • Build automated lead nurture sequences and workflows in HubSpot
  • Design reactivation systems for dormant or cold leads
  • Ensure accurate tracking, UTMs, and attribution across the marketing stack
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build dashboards for CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance
  • Drive a culture of measurement with weekly readouts and learning cycles
  • Partner with RevOps to maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure end-to-end messaging continuity
  • Collaborate with Partnerships on co-marketing and referral loops
  • Drive briefs for Content and Design aligned to funnel goals
Colleagues

As a Growth Marketing Lead, you'll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships while collaborating daily with SEO, Content, Design, PR, Partnerships, and RevOps teams. You'll bring together the insights, execution, and coordination needed to power Oceans' growth engine.

This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

At Oceans, we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area paired with broad curiosity and interdisciplinary strength. As a Growth Marketing Lead, your vertical focus will be growth strategy, experimentation, and performance optimization, while your horizontal range will support collaboration across content, product, partnerships, analytics, and marketing operations.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 4–7 years in B2B growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Expertise with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics/reporting tools
  • Proven track record reducing CAC and scaling demand with measurable ROI
  • Ability to design experiments, write briefs, analyze data, and manage multiple channels
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, globally distributed teams

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in talent marketplaces, SaaS, staffing, or service-based businesses
  • Background in CRO or funnel optimization
  • Experience managing light content and design workflows
