Role Overview
As a Digital Marketer, you will lead the charge in building Moonlight's online presence and demand engine from the ground up. You have a sharp, creative eye — you know what scroll-stopping content looks like — but you're also obsessed with the science behind what converts. You understand marketing not as a vanity metric game, but as a growth engine that moves people from awareness to action. Your mission is to generate high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and create marketing systems that drive consistent client acquisition. From social media and content marketing to paid ads and funnel optimization, you'll be hands-on in every aspect of our digital strategy, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
Key Outcomes
● Build and execute a scalable digital marketing strategy: Develop, test, and optimize inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that consistently attract qualified leads for Moonlight.
● Increase Qualified Lead Volume: Launch and optimize marketing campaigns that drive a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Grow monthly lead volume by 3x within 6 months.
● Develop a strong brand presence: Build and manage a high-converting website, create a cohesive social media strategy, and establish Moonlight's reputation as a trusted partner for entrepreneurs globally.
● Social media management: Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across all relevant social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement, build community, and generate inbound leads.
● Create high-performing content: Produce compelling content (blogs, social posts, email campaigns, landing pages, ads) that educates potential clients and showcases our value.
● Generate measurable results: Achieve active client leads within the first 12 months through a mix of paid ads, organic growth, email marketing, and referral channels.
● Implement data-driven marketing systems: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor campaign performance and guide decision-making. Define and monitor key metrics (e.g., CAC, CTR, ROAS, lead quality, channel attribution).
● Collaborate with sales and operations: Partner closely with the CEO, Growth & Sales Manager, Client Success Manager, and Operations Manager to align marketing campaigns with business development goals, ensuring high-quality lead-to-client conversion.
Qualifications
● 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in service-based businesses, agencies, or high-growth startups.
● Proven track record of creating and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and conversions.
● Experience across multiple channels: social media management, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
● Proficiency in video editing for both long-form (YouTube, webinars, podcast) and short-form content (TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn snippets), with a strong understanding of storytelling and platform-specific trends.
● Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to write for a B2B audience.
● Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, analytics tools).
● Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Highly organized and skilled at managing multiple campaigns under tight timelines.
● Comfortable working remotely with distributed, multicultural teams.
