We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Spa Manager to lead our upmarket spa located at The View Boutique Hotel. The ideal candidate is polished, guest centric, and able to maintain 5 star standards while motivating the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery
  • Maintain exceptional guest experience standards and handle guest feedback professionally
  • Lead, train and supervise therapists to ensure quality, consistency and professionalism
  • Manage bookings, product control, upselling and revenue targets
  • Ensure facilities, hygiene and presentation meet luxury spa standards
  • Drive monthly specials, marketing collaboration and package development
  • Maintain policies, procedures and strong operational discipline

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years spa management or senior therapist experience in a luxury spa
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of treatments, products and spa operations
  • Confident in administration, stock control and scheduling
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Well-presented, polished and able to uphold a 5-star brand
