Key Responsibilities:
**Guest Check-In and Check-Out**:
Welcome guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
Verify reservation details and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Handle guest requests or concerns promptly.
**Reservation Management**:
Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments in the hotel’s system.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are prepared for guests.
**Providing Information**:
Offer information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and events.
Assist with transportation arrangements, tours, and restaurant reservations.
**Handling Payments**:
Process payments and deposits.
Provide guests with invoices and receipts.
**Guest Service**:
Ensure guests’ needs are met during their stay, including requests for extra amenities or services.
Address and resolve complaints or issues in a timely, professional manner.
**Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain accurate guest records and report any incidents or concerns.
**Communication with Other Departments**:
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
Relay information between departments for smooth operations.
Skills Required:

**Problem-Solving Abilities**: You must be quick to resolve issues, handling complaints with grace.
