Parts Manager Dealership Level | Motor Industry

Location: Johannesburg

Salary: R25,000 R35,000 + Benefits + Commission

Our client, a reputable dealership, is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. This role requires a strong leader with panel sales experience and a solid background in managing dealership parts operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership environment
  • Strong leadership, stock control, and supplier management skills
  • Ability to drive sales, maximize profitability, and manage costs effectively
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Valid drivers license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee parts department operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Drive panel sales growth and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier negotiations
  • Train and lead a high-performing parts sales team
  • Ensure excellent customer service and aftersales support
