In this role, you will coordinate everything from contractors and architects to compliance, asset management, and stakeholder reportingensuring no detail is missed and every deadline is met. Your ability to manage budgets, risks, and schedules will be key to bringing beautiful, functional spaces to life.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 58 years experience in project management (preferably in construction or hospitality)
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, codes, and permits
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and lead diverse teams
  • Confident communicator with exceptional problem-solving abilities
