Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field
  • Minimum of 5-8 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in CCS and BuildSmart software is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of standard contract forms, including JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
