Full Stack Marketing Specialist – Ello Technology (Cape Town / Hybrid)
Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for full-funnel strategy and measurable results?
Ello Technology is expanding its marketing capability and looking for a Full Stack Marketing Specialist to help build and grow Ello Marketing — our in-house marketing division driving visibility, lead generation, and brand performance across South Africa's managed IT services sector.
What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, social media, content, and email marketing to generate qualified B2B leads and strengthen Ello's brand presence.
You'll work directly with the CEO to:
- Build and execute performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Manage the full marketing funnel — awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Drive continuous improvement through analytics, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align campaigns with revenue goals.
- Contribute to the foundation of Ello's in-house marketing division with a clear growth path toward Marketing Manager.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and optimise campaigns for ROI.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead qualification.
- Creative thinker with technical execution skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment.
What's in It for You
Salary:
R25,000 CTC per month
Incentive:
Commission on every qualified lead supplied to the sales team
