The Opportunity
Heartlands are looking for a passionate, hands-on fundraising professional who can identify new income streams and build a sustainable fundraising landscape to secure Heartlands' future, to be a part of their vibrant team and successfully achieve the required fundraising target by the end of the financial year.

Qualifications And Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skillsets:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience, with a proven track record in fundraising and marketing.
• Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies that will achieve Heartland's target by the end of the financial year.
• Ability to identify, approach, cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing donors to build funding sustainability.
• An excellent writer who can craft compelling, high-quality grant proposals that speak to Heartland's mission.
• The ability to plan, coordinate and execute events and marketing initiatives that raise awareness and spark growth.
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing best practices.
• A strong understanding of the NPO sector and ethical fundraising standards and regulations.
• Tech-savvy understanding of CRM and donor database platforms.
• Business-savvy with strong financial acumen.
• Valid drivers' licence is required.
