We're Hiring: Digital Marketing & Web Performance Specialist

Are you an experienced digital growth driver ready to take ownership of client results? Crafture is looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Performance Specialist to lead our paid media and web optimisation efforts. This is a critical role for a hands-on expert who thrives on measurable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

Google Ads Mastery: Strategy, management, and deep optimisation of complex accounts, with mandatory proficiency in P-Max campaigns.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & Development: Leading UI/UX audits, A/B testing, and implementing changes to drastically improve client conversion rates. This includes the creation of new landing pages, lead generation forms, and other website additions necessary for campaign success.

Technical Web Management: Ensuring the security and performance of client assets through expert WordPress maintenance and performance tuning.

Reporting: Providing rigorous, data-driven analysis using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to inform strategy.

Minimum Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated digital specialist role.

Technical Stack: Proven expertise in Google Ads, WordPress CMS (including building/editing landing pages and forms), GA4, and formal A/B testing methodologies.

Qualification: Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Marketing/Digital Media/IT).
