Role Summary
A leading South African financial services group is looking for a consultative and technically skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant. This is an opportunity for a self-starting professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering solutions that have a real impact on business operations.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective D365 solutions. This role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge and strong client facing skills to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the platform.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365.
  • Designing, configuring, and customising the Dynamics 365 platform to meet specific business requirements.
  • Managing the full project lifecycle, from initial analysis and design through to deployment and user training.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, providing guidance and support to users and team members.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in configuring and customising the D365 platform.
  • A consultative approach, with the ability to understand business challenges and design effective solutions.
  • A self-starting and proactive work ethic, with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
  • You must be a South African citizen to be considered for this role.
