Are you a creative, energetic marketer ready to make your mark in a growing brand? We're a dynamic startup selling innovative products to the retail industry, and we're looking for a young, enthusiastic marketing professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, multi-faceted marketing position where you'll wear many hats and have real impact from day one. You'll be instrumental in building our brand presence, supporting our retail partnerships, and creating compelling content that resonates with both buyers and end consumers.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms, creating engaging content that builds brand awareness and attracts retail partners
  • Design eye-catching marketing materials using Canva and other creative tools - from social graphics and presentations to sell sheets and product catalogues
  • Develop content and collateral that supports our sales team in pitching to retail buyers
  • Help plan and execute trade shows and industry events
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, understanding their marketing needs
  • Create point-of-sale materials and merchandising support for retail locations
  • Manage our website content and email marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and keep a pulse on retail trends and competitor activity
  • Support the development of our brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in social media management with a portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus)
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Passion for building brands
