to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee full accounting functions including general ledger, reconciliations, journals, and management accounts.
  2. Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and costings.
  3. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
  4. Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements.
  5. Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to support cost control and efficiency improvements.
  6. Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors.
  7. Drive process improvements and contribute to system and workflow optimisation.

Requirements:

  1. BCom Accounting degree (or equivalent qualification).
  2. Completed articles or 3–5 years' post-qualification experience.
  3. Solid experience within a
    manufacturing or production environment
    is highly advantageous.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Advanced Excel and working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Sage 200 Evolution, Sage Business Cloud, or similar).
  6. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
  7. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
  8. Energetic, motivated, and adaptable with a
    "can-do" attitude
    .
