In brief:

Magical Parties is seeking a friendly, hard-working, and super-organised individual to become the right hand to our Founder and Creative Director. This is a pivotal role designed to make daily operations smoother, build trust with our clients and freelance artist team, and help elevate our brand as Cape Town's go-to for creative, memorable events.

What you'll do:


• Manage daily tasks, schedules, and communications to keep operations flowing


• Serve as 2nd in command, representing Magical Parties with professionalism and warmth


• Build strong relationships with clients and freelance entertainers


• Assist with bookings, client follow-ups, service coordination, invoicing etc.


• Support marketing and social media efforts when needed


• Solve problems with logic, initiative, and a calm mindset

What we're looking for:


• Exceptionally organised and reliable


• Positive, proactive, and resilient under pressure


• Excellent communication and client-facing skills


• Sales-savvy with a warm, engaging approach


• Experience or interest in entertainment booking and creative services


• A team player who can also work independently with discipline and motivation

Bonus points if you:


• Have experience in events, entertainment, or creative industries


• Understand the services we offer (face painting, balloon art, magic shows, etc.)


• Are passionate about making people smile and creating magical experiences

Salary 3 Months' probation 12k up to 15k for right candidate
