Job Description

This role focuses on developing and optimizing an AI ecosystem through the integration of large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and automation. The incumbent will enhance conversational AI capabilities, fine-tune specialized AI models, and build intelligent systems that drive business improvements, automation, and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

AI and Machine Learning Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to extract trends, patterns, and insights for strategic decisions.
  • Build predictive and prescriptive models to support operational and business planning.
  • Apply decision science techniques to optimize processes and resource allocation.
  • Translate business needs into mathematical models and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and manage large datasets for AI/ML training.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML solutions in production environments.
  • Implement AI-driven automation and intelligent decision-making tools.
  • Architect and optimize AI pipelines for high performance and low latency.
  • Apply MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate AI into enterprise software systems.
  • Research and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance enterprise applications.

Educational / Experience Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in
    Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
    .
  • 5+ years' experience
    in AI/ML model development, deployment, and software engineering.
  • Proven track record in delivering
    AI-driven business solutions
    .

Competencies

  • Proficiency in
    Python, Java, C++,
    or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
    , or other ML frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of
    cloud-based AI platforms

    Docker
    , and
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Expertise in
    MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD
    practices for AI integration.
  • Awareness of

    principles.
