Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in the City of Johannesburg. The Technical Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert in resolving customer technical issues and delivering exceptional technical support. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, assisting with system updates, ensuring smooth technological operations, and providing guidance to optimize customer experiences. The role requires collaboration across teams to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and technical efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and assessing technical challenges
  • Excellent Communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve technical issues effectively
  • Customer Service experience to ensure satisfaction and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Experience in working with AI technology or technical systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
