People who think differently and connect with those around them to co-create new opportunities and leave a meaningful legacy.Role responsibilitiesZutari Tshwane is currently looking for Engineer's Representatives (Resident Engineers) to join their team, responsible for contracts management within the project's environment, with a special focus on SANRAL ProjectsMinimum requirementsBSc or BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering Pr Eng or Pr Tech Registration with Pr CMP Registration with SACPCMP will be an advantageMinimum 10 years' relevant experience in construction and/or projects site supervisionExperience as Engineer's Representative on SANRAL project/s is requiredThorough working knowledge of specifications and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANS 1200, project specific etc.) Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999, NEC 3/4, GCC 2010/2015 and JBCC) will be beneficialProficient Microsoft Office skills requiredExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsExcellent client relation skillsIn addition to the above, the Applicant is required to submit his experience on three of his most recent projects (
