Role Responsibilities Zutari Tshwane is currently looking for Engineer’s Representatives (Resident Engineers) to join their team, responsible for contracts management within the project’s environment, with a special focus on SANRAL Projects. Minimum Requirements BSc or BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering Pr Eng or Pr Tech Registration with Pr CMP Registration with SACPCMP will be an advantage Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in construction and/or projects site supervision Experience as Engineer’s Representative on SANRAL project/s is required Thorough working knowledge of specifications and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANS 1200, project specific etc.) Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999, NEC 3/4, GCC 2010/2015 and JBCC) will be beneficial Proficient Microsoft Office skills required Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Excellent client relation skills In addition to the above, the Applicant is required to submit his experience on three of his most recent projects (
