What You'll Do
As an
Admin Intern
at
B&E: Design Firm
, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations organised, projects running smoothly, and communication clear between clients and our internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes workings of a growing creative and marketing agency.
You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in business administration, project management, and client coordination — essential skills to build a strong professional foundation in any industry.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Administrative Support:
Handle day-to-day administrative functions including documentation, filing, and correspondence to ensure smooth office operations. - Project Coordination:
Assist in planning, tracking, and managing timelines for active projects, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule. - Client Communication:
Schedule and confirm meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain a professional flow of communication between clients and internal teams. - Document & Data Management:
Maintain organised digital records for proposals, contracts, reports, and invoices using Google Workspace or related tools. - Billing & Invoicing:
Support finance administration by preparing invoices, confirming payments, and recording financial transactions accurately. - Internal Coordination:
Assist the management team with daily task tracking, meeting minutes, and follow-ups on pending actions. - Task & Workflow Management:
Use tools like ClickUp or Google Sheets to monitor ongoing tasks, progress reports, and project deadlines. - General Office Support:
Handle ad-hoc admin duties such as updating client databases, preparing meeting notes, and supporting team logistics.

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in
Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
Google Workspace. - Professional attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Experience
