Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver key outcomes, and identifying opportunities for account growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Customer Inbox Management
  • Account Coordination, Problem Solving, and Project Management abilities
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development experience
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
  • Previous experience in account management or a similar client-facing role is a strong advantage
