The Role: Management Accountant
This is a key role in a high-growth, data-driven business where finance meets strategy. As Management Accountant, you'll support the FP&A Director with weekly commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and deep data analysis. Your insights will directly influence business decisions, helping the company scale and stay ahead in a competitive, creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role
- Compile and analyse weekly commercial reports for internal stakeholders
- Monitor and track revenue, cost of sales, and gross margins
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Partner with the FP&A Director to shape financial strategy
- Collaborate with teams across the business to provide clear, data-driven financial insights
- Maintain high standards of accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
About You
- 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or FP&A
- Strong financial reporting and Excel/data manipulation skills
- Confident communicator able to present financial insights to non-finance teams
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
- Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
- Experience working with CRM and accounting systems (desirable)
- Comfortable in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office required)
