**The Role**
**Skills and Experience**:

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support the maintenance and growth of key clients - Build relationships at appropriate levels in RTT and Client representatives - Manage client expectations and execution of RTT service delivery - Daily reporting on service delivery, arrangements to meet client requests and commercials - Receive, process, investigate and provide feedback on client objections/complains/queries - Support the creation of an account plan per client with rest of KAM team (develop a strategy per client) - Manage existing client renewals effectively - Support the co-ordination and completion of RFP’s / Tenders etc. - Implement, Re-implement clients and continuously look at innovation and optimisation of the account - Have a deep understanding of client’s business and how RTT Solutions can add value to their business - Attends all training to ensure you are kept up to date with relevant sales skills - Share best practices with the team - Comfortable with presenting to clients - Work closely with Operations & Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction - Ability to quantify RTT’s value to clients - Continuously sell to existing clients to increase wallet share - Visit clients on a regular basis to ensure you are top of mind - Enable and assist Debtors in collecting aged monies - Monitor service levels and implement any action plans that are needed to mitigate risk - Implement and maintain management reporting tools to effectively measure client conformances - Assess and gauge client profitability - Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings Ensure that all weekly and monthly reports, as requested by business, are up to date and submitted on time.

**Other**
Minimum: - Grade 12 / Matric certificate - Relevant logistics, commerce or marketing degree/diploma will be an advantage - Driver’s License is essential - One or more years of service delivery/client services or account management experience in the Transport / Logistics services industry
