Are you someone who can:

  • Validate and authorize foreign exchange instructions and payments
  • Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
  • Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all relevant information
  • Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of advice to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships that enable achievement of operational objectives
  • Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
  • Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
  • Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a minimum of a relevant NQF 5 qualification
  • Have 1 to 3 years' Forex product experience
