Hello Future, Foreign Exchange Consultant (12 Months Fixed-Term Contract)

Please note that this is a 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract role.

Are you someone who can:

  • Be able to interpret and act on client instruction via email and or system (Inwards or Outwards) – with accuracy

  • Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards

  • Manage the conversion of forex deals into sales by executing the following activities: Working queues, Swifts.

  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements manage forex deals efficiently to minimise the total number of deals cancelled

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a minimum of matric, an NQF 5 qualification and or studying toward a degree

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in foreign exchange / international payments

  • Understanding a forex environment
  • Be able to manage and deliver on client expectations
