We're looking for a Managed Services Project Manager to join our award-winning NetSuite Partner, MacroFin. This role is all about relationship-driven project management, balancing delivery excellence with proactive client engagement and stakeholder alignment. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring long-term client success, retention, and growth, while shaping how we deliver Managed Services as part of a rapidly expanding team.

From urgent client requests to strategic initiatives, you'll bring clarity and calm to complex situations, ensuring every interaction strengthens trust and partnership.

Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Own the client relationship as the primary point of contact, building trust and understanding their business goals
  • Drive stakeholder engagement by influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle
  • Deliver consistent value, anticipate future needs, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Promote Managed Services by supporting sales and renewal conversations, clearly articulating the benefits of ongoing strategic partnership
  • Bring structure and clarity to fast-changing scopes while maintaining strong communication and confidence across all parties
  • Collaborate for impact, working closely with consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and proactively address risks and escalations.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance team efficiency and elevate the client experience


About you...

You're not just a Project Manager, you're a relationship builder and stakeholder influencer. You'll be an organised, adaptable individual with a mind for bringing people along on the change journey. You'll be comfortable working autonomously – for us, it's all about trust. You will need:

  • Proven client relationship management experience, with a track record of retaining and growing accounts
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to lead conversations and influence decision-makers at all levels
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence to navigate complex dynamics and keep everyone aligned
  • Ability to lead projects end-to-end, adapting processes to meet client needs while maintaining control of scope and timelines
  • Experience identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Ideally has some experience with Salesforce / NetSuite 
  • Project management knowledge (Prince2 / PMP or equivalent)
