Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. Daily tasks include generating leads, providing excellent customer service, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes educating potential customers about the company's offerings and collaborating with the marketing and promotions teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
  • Proven track record in Sales and a results-driven attitude
  • Customer Service skills to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions and mentoring team members
  • Familiarity with Insurance or similar industries is a plus
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
