Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with customer leads provided by the client via telephone.
  • Follow up with potential customers promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to proven sales processes and aim to exceed personal and team goals.
  • Foster a culture of fairness, always acting in the customer's best interest.
  • Uphold and promote "Best Practice" in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 Year or more outbound UK or USA sales experience.
  • Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent.
  • Skills: Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with computers.
  • Performance-Driven: Take ownership of accuracy and meeting targets.
  • Flexibility: Able to work UK and USA hours (Monday to Saturday).
