Sales Representative Experienced

The successful passionate self driven Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, cold calling, promoting company products/services, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and excellent product knowledge.
Part time position.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales quotations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track and update sales activities via CRM or reporting tools.
Attend product training sessions, sales meetings, and marketing events.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive customer experience.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric (required).

Minimum 1–3 years sales experience (industry-specific experience beneficial).
Valid driver's licence (if field-based role).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
