This role is ideal for a dynamic, vibrant, and energetic individual with an ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the delivery of sanitary pads, including scheduling and liaising with contractors and suppliers.

· Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and program activities.

· Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other data analysis tools.

· Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.

· Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely program execution.

· Assist in planning and tracking program schedules and timelines.

· Support any additional clerical duties as required by management.

Minimum Requirements:

· Grade 12 (Matric)/ Diploma in Administration or related field.

· 2–4 years administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

· Computer literacy: Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data management)

Competencies:

· Organised and deadline driven.

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

· Excellent time management.

· Strong administrative skills.

· Adapt to flexible hours and schedules based on business requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
