Role Description

The Vehicle Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team at our Secunda location. This full-time, on-site role involves achieving sales targets, managing sales activities, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include coaching and motivating the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining a customer-focused approach and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in vehicle sales, management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and reports.
  • Knowledge of motor vehicle products, including a range of brands and models, is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Experience in customer relationship management is essential for this role.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to work onsite in Secunda are required.
