A fast-growing and dynamic dealership group with multiple locations across South Africa is seeking an experienced and strategic Used Sales Manager to join their Barberton team.

Minimum requirements:
  • Relevant marketing qualification (advantageous)
  • 10 years' sales experience, preferably in Used Vehicle Sales
  • Strong management and leadership skills, self-driven and integrity-focused
  • Knowledge of business operations, policies, marketing, financial analysis, and customer relations
  • Proficiency in sourcing new stock, accurately evaluating vehicles, and closing sales
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the Used Sales Department to achieve customer satisfaction, owner loyalty, and sales/profit goals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the Used Sales business
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and regular engagement
  • Achieve sales targets and stay updated with industry trends
  • Present mobility solutions to meet customer needs
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
