  Salary: $1,100-$1,400/USD month

About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing custom apparel, embroidery, and print company experiencing ~25% year-over-year growth. After recently unmerging from a partner, the company retained new clients and is now raising order minimums to focus on larger, more manageable accounts. The owner is deeply involved in daily operations and seeks a reliable, proactive Executive Assistant to free up time for sales and growth initiatives.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the owner, managing day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring seamless order flow through the company's fast-paced, custom production cycles. This role requires adaptability, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle a dynamic, pivot-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative duties including inbox and calendar management, task tracking, SOP upkeep, and project follow-up.

     
  • Act as a communication bridge for the owner-draft messages, follow up with clients, and maintain professional tone.

     
  • Support company operations by monitoring workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, and troubleshooting basic issues.

     
  • Implement and maintain productivity tools (e.g., Calendly, Slack); receive training on Printavo, Inksoft, and CRM systems.

     
  • Assist with general business tasks as needed, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, custom-production environment.

     
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Admin in a fast-paced environment.

     
  • Strong software proficiency (Google Docs, Sheets, Slack); experience with Printavo, Inksoft, or CRMs a plus.

     
  • Exceptional written English skills-flawless grammar, spelling, and tone.

     
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, pivot-heavy environment.

     
  • Comfortable working U.S. Central hours; ability to handle rapid changes in priorities without anxiety.
