Financial Accountant

A reputable organisation within the manufacturing industry is seeking a driven Financial Accountant with a solid grounding in IFRS, budgeting, and operational finance. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a detail-oriented environment, contributing to accurate financial reporting, and supporting business performance. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA will be highly advantageous.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS
  • Manage monthly reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Support forecasting processes and financial planning
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial controls
  • Assist with audits, compliance, and internal governance
  • Provide financial insights to operational and management teams
  • Utilise SAP S/4HANA for reporting and financial processes (advantageous)
 
Job Experience and Skills Required
  • Education: BCom Accounting + Completed Articles; CIMA Strategic beneficial
  • Experience: 3 years post-articles
  • Industry Exposure: Manufacturing experience advantageous
  • Skills: IFRS, budgeting, reporting, financial controls, SAP S/4HANA exposure
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
