Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment company, is currently seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join their client's team in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable company and contribute to their financial operations.

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide expert advice and support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Conduct financial analysis and highlight areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Accountant
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
