The Role

As an Electrical or E&I Technician, you'll be a key player in ensuring the optimal performance of electrical systems and instrumentation across complex industrial facilities. You'll perform preventive maintenance, resolve breakdowns, and ensure safe and efficient operation of installations. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and fellow technicians and have a direct influence on site reliability and safety. This role offers you the chance to work in an environment where your skills truly matter. This is You

You bring a strong technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and a solid background in industrial environments. You are solution-oriented, safety-conscious, and excited to work in a role that combines both electrical and instrumentation work.

You have:

• A completed MBO (EQF level 3 or 4) in Electrical Engineering, E&I, or a comparable discipline
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Electrical or E&I Technician in industrial, energy, utilities, or related sectors
• Knowledge of low-voltage and/or medium-voltage systems
• Experience working with instrumentation, control systems, and PLCs
• A valid VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Good command of Afrikaans/Dutch and English

Furthermore, you bring:

• A hands-on, practical approach to troubleshooting and maintenance
• Strong safety awareness and responsibility in industrial settings
• The flexibility to work at different sites across the Netherlands
• Good communication and teamwork skills
